The breakfast was stunning and delicious with plenty of appetising food. The location was marvellous there, on river. I randomly popped in Cafe Schiacciachicchi serving some pastries, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, it was nice. ...

room was wide, bed comfortable and TV big. Pretty new everything. Good view of the Arno.
It would be a good 4-star hotel, but it doesn't correspond to a 5-star hotel at all. When we arrived there was no one to help us with the luggage, the check-in is done by a Mr. The room is decorated like a painter's studio with buckets in the middle, which only get in the way, the place to put the bags is occupied by a decorative chest, the bathtub has a curtain that only covers half of it, there is no place to put the things in the bathroom, there are 2 armchairs and a ridiculously small table in the room (even though there is plenty of room). We ordered dinner in the room and pretended to leave things on the ridiculous table instead of bringing a cart, so everything fell on the floor.

Really good spa facilities and relaxing atmosphere.
The courtesy bus was very restrictive, discouraging us from using the restaurant. The pool was freezing cold and had restricted access much of the time, frustrating. The lack of storage options in our room forced us to live out of our suitcase for the entire week.

The room was beautifully decorated and had great views of the
River. The amenities were excellent, especially the spa facilities, though the shower layout in the room was awkward. We enjoyed several relaxing afternoons by the pool, but some areas felt a bit crowded during peak hours.
